St Hallett 2019 Eden Valley Riesling has a bouquet of lime peel and talc mingled with orange blossoms and lemon pith. A Riesling of substance. Full and textured, the palate opens up to layers of flavor; citrus zest with mineral talc and fresh limes. The palate is balanced with a fine steely texture supported by a backbone of crunchy acidity. The finish is long, elegant and complex.
