This Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented in French Oack Barriques. Only native yeasts were used. A lifted bouqet of white peach and orange blosson. lead into subtle flinty notes with a touch of sea spray to complete the complex nose.
There is an abundance of white stone fruit with a soft yet juicy mid palate and a hint of cream on the finish.
