Rifugio del Vescovo is a Chianti Riserva DOCG produced from the best Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the municipality of Montespertoli and neighboring municipalities. Aged in French oak barriques for at least 12-15 months, followed by a further 5 months in the bottle, it is a red characterized by a fragrant, fresh and spicy nose . With a soft, savory and medium tannic flavour, it pairs well with mixed grilled meats, noble poultry and cheeses.
