Houghton Chardonnay Verdelho is a full-flavoured, rich wine with wonderful flavours of melon and tropical fruit and a long, silky finish.Brilliant, vibrant and bright in appearance the wine is light straw in colour. Lifted aromas of stone fruit and pineapple are complemented by a very light oak char and spice. Bold and flavoursome exhibiting lemon, melon and peach characters. The palate is lightly structural with subtle background oak influences and a fresh mineral acidity finish.
