Made of Grand Cru only. 1995 was a difficult year - a rare vintage in Champagne, produced with scrupulous care which enhances the wine’s subtlety. The Grands Crus selected by Pommery are exceptionally located in vineyards of the Champagne region: their south – south east exposure provides maximum sunlight while planting in the middle of hill slopes and on the rich chalky terrain allows excellent irrigation at the bottom of the wines. Pommery is one of the few houses that ages its large format bottles in the original bottle.
