The Chardonnay grapes were harvested from the Mudgee wine region, NSW. Having an alcohol level of 12.5%, this white varietal is straw-coloured, with light tinges of green. The aromatic nose slowly unfurls in the glass and reveals lively fruit aromas of ripe apple, pear, peach, strong minerals and a spritz of citrus coupled with an air of delicate florals. The palate is fresh, clean, crisp and full-flavoured with a refreshing acidity. Its weight and texture add to its nippy and clean finish.
